Sam is a veteran Army Officer and Police Sergeant of a large metropolitan police department. He holds a masters degree in Emergency Management from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a masters degree in Criminal Justice. He additionally is a graduate of the UMass Boston Emerging Leaders Program and has completed the US Naval Post Graduate Homeland Security and Terrorism self study program. Sam was selected to be the Emergency Management Director for the 2020 Boston Hope COVID 19 field hospital. This experience, combined with his Rule of Law Fellowship at Boston College ensures Sam has the knowledge and expertise to ensure your teams success.
